Editorial Policy

Webuify publishes practical tool pages and articles for people who need quick utilities, clear examples, and plain-English context. Our goal is to make each page useful on its own—not to pad the site with generic copy or mass-produced variants.

Who writes the content

Tool guides and blog posts are written or edited by Webuify before publication. We do not publish AI-generated articles without human review, fact-checking, and a clear user task.

How topics are chosen

We prioritize topics connected to tools that already exist: passwords, QR codes, barcodes, random generators, text formatting, classroom workflows, and small business records. Search data may hint at demand, but a page only ships when it answers a real task with specific examples.

What each tool page includes

  • A plain-language explanation of what the tool does and who it helps
  • Practical tips, limitations, and responsible-use notes where relevant
  • FAQs drawn from real support questions and edge cases
  • Links to related tools that share a workflow—not unrelated directory filler

Updates and corrections

Pages are updated when a tool changes, guidance needs to be clearer, or a factual issue is reported. "Last updated" dates appear only when content on that page actually changed.

Report errors through the contact page. Include the URL and what you believe is wrong.

Advertising and independence

Advertising may support the site, but ads do not decide which tools or articles are published. Sponsored content, if introduced later, will be labeled clearly and kept separate from editorial recommendations.
